History
Key Consulting was formed in August 2009 by Tim Empringham, recognizing the strength of the small business segment of the economy in the Halton and Hamilton Regions and the fact that this segment has been largely ignored by the larger consulting firms. Having worked with Entrepreneurs and small business owners for most of his career, Tim is well aware of the many struggles and roadblocks that exist for new business owners making the leap into business for themselves the first time as well as for established businesses as they achieve new levels of success and look for new ways to grow.
Key Consulting specializes in the business of business, whether it be helping build compelling business plans for start-up or growth, the implementation of processes and the management of change, or the development of corporate strategies and long term goal setting that is necessary to keep a business on the path to long term success.
It is our belief that Entrepreneurism is one of the most rewarding career choices that anyone can make, but it is our equal belief that not everyone is wired for success as a business owner. It is our ability to help an individual transition into the life of an Entrpreneur, guide them as they develop and execute against their plans, and support them as their business grows into a living breathing organization that sets us apart from other services and offerings.
